I'm suspicious of basically any message that attacks the middle, because the middle is normie, mainstream America that almost no actual American finds offensive.

But he does expose a foreign (likely Russian) disinformation operation against the USA:
Russia has been spending millions and has entire office complexes full of people whose job it is to sow discord online. They distort, fabricate, attack, do whatever they can to make both sides look bad in order to drive divides and to weaken America. And Russia isn't the only country doing this, and America isn't the only target. They can't beat us fairly so they are trying to weaponize us against each other. I see quite a bit of it going on - with the same tactics, same talking points, and when confronted with facts and logic, or when cornered and asked to provide a credible source for their claims they just ignore or move on to something else. Happens quite a bit here on DCUM too. Likely not all of it is foreign actors, some are snotty disingenuous partisans as well, who see those tactics and repeat them rather than break the cycle and reject it.

I’m convinced the “burn it all down” people are foreign actors. People forget that sometimes when you burn it all down you rebuild better, but more often than not you spend years or even the rest of your life living in a burned out hovel. I’d rather renovate and still have a roof over my head thanks.

Their criticisms of the U.S. frequently align with mine, but it's like in recent months I've felt a sense of cynicism of them toward America and the Democratic party that makes me feel uncomfortable. I think it's because we're seeing the Trump administration at peak power, deporting innocent immigrants and using their might to chill free speech. These criticisms toward centrist Dems, that they're no better than Republicans, feel so quaint.
That they can still treat both parties with the same type of ire at this moment in time feels delusional and offensive. One party is obviously worse than the other, and recent events should've crystallized that for them. Maybe they're just callous people, but I'm actually beginning to think many of them aren't even Americans.
Do you agree? Should this have been an obvious realization years ago?
I am MAGA, and I agree with you, as far as foreign interference and intentional efforts to divide and weaken America by supporting extremists at both ends of the political spectrum.
Let me see if I can find a worthwhile explanation to post; stand by

You do get that this is exactly the type of post that foreign users trying to sow discord write, right?
