It was one thing to take ABC shows away from the time their contract expired until they figure it out. But, to take away shows that were already waiting for me to watch (before the contract expired) --- that was cruel.

But his annoying is it that they make you go online and change a setting to obtain the credit.
Clearly a hurdle created to reduce the number of customers they have to give it to.
Very shady—they should just give us all a $20 credit on our next bill!

They need to refund us the $20 for this month instead of making the credit apply to a future month.
