Sex has always been high on our priority list even when our kids were young and life was very busy. Covid has given us both an off feeling that affects us in a low energy way. I hope this off feeling goes away!

But if were to guess I'll venture and say there is a strong correlation between your overall health and fitness level and your sex frequency as you age. In other words if both are healthy and in shape inform what stops them from having a strong sex life as they age.
For this reason I prioritize working out before everything. 4 times a week I show up at the gym at 4:30 for a 45 mins session of heavy lifting. And DW walks around the neighborhood while I am at the gym. I have being doing this regimen for 30 years. I am 65 and DW 57. And despite having been born with chronic GI inflammation for which i take drugs, I have been I am in very good shape with strong stamina and clear mind. The end result: our sex life is fantastic.
We love each other though.
