I make enough for 16 people even though there will only be 8 of us. My teens and my BIL are very big eaters at the holidays. So I have a large Emile Henry lasagna dish, then two smaller deep dishes.

Leftovers and pizza. I do all the Tday cooking and often have house guests. Everyone is forewarned that my duties end Thursday night and after that folks are on their own. We always go out for pizza that Friday night.

Something totally different. We have done hibachi or sushi if we go out or. lamb or pasta and meat sauce etc if at home. My mom cooks thanksgiving and I usually cook the Friday meal now and they just come to my house without extra relatives and hang out with my kids. It's nice. We don't do a ton of thanksgiving leftovers usually.

It’s Shabbat so we don’t get a break. But I’m going to slow cook a lamb tagine so it’s easy. Will have challah and roasted veg and probably will limit us to fruit at dessert.
