Keep up, Democrats are redistricting in Virginia, and Maryland and New York are coming along as well. Plus redrawing all these Republican seats for a Democratic cycle is going to lose them some.

Texas has been notified by the Department of Justice that its districts are in violation of federal law.
California's redistricting measure was passed in violation of the California constitution. It requires a certain amount of time for a bill to be made available to be read before being voted on.
This would not have worked for being on the ballot right now, so they instead took another bill that was already posted and replaced its text.

Remember Texas did it without putting it to the voters. It was just Abbott and his merry men in the state legislature. Texas may not even gain those seats people are so angry.
