We just switched from TMobile to Mint for cost reasons.

OP, I saw the headlines about TMobile and I get the desire to vote with your dollar but I don't think any of them is particularly good. Some things cannot be fixed by the consumer.

T-Mobile is the best. Paid off remaining installments on all of our brand new iPhones when we switched. Their unlimited plan is so much cheaper and coverage is same or better.

Very happy with T-Mobile. Monthly costs on Essentials are much lower, it is unlimited, has great international roaming, includes 5G, and we also got nearly free new iPhones.

When we switched, T-Mobile paid off the last 21 months of our 24 month installment purchase from VZW without requiring a contract or a high-end service plan.

We just switched from AT&T to t-mobile, so that's a little disappointing!

That said, we had a lot of incentive to switch - $1200 in t-mobile and/or Costco gift cards and three free phones. No trade in required so we could give an old phone to our teen.

Just look for the best price/plan for your situation. Your moral stand or whatever you think you're doing is pointless.
