I do a splash of 100% fruit juice in my water bottle. Seems easiest and no artificial ingredients (but yes, more sugar but there are tradeoffs either way). But it is cheaper too!

My kids love water infused by sliced strawberries and lightly muddled basil leaves. Your dd could make a pitcher each night in 2 minutes and then fill her water bottle from the pitcher in the morning. She can try lots of different fruit and herb combinations.

Squeeze some lemon or lime in the water. Been a thing for centuries.

A drop of flavored vinegar or Lipton cold water infusions. Like tea bags but for cold water. Aldi any hibiscus tea bags work in cold water.

If she is so plcky as to not like plain filtered tap water, try distilled water. If not that, then LIGHTLY flavor with some tea or juice. Not much juice though as it's high in fructose and very unhealthy to drink much of that.
True Lemon doesn’t have anything you’ve listed.

We always drink Fiji water. I don't need it to be "flavoured". Such an odd concept. Tea/coffee/a wedge of citrus are about as flavoured as one can get.

Maybe she doesn't like tap water. See if a filter helps. Or even bottled water. Once she's used to it then try filtered. Yes I know plastics but those add ons are not good eitherl
