Dupixent is a biologic drug. Biologics don't have generic versions.

If you can wait 6 years, Dupixent will go generic and be much more affordable. There are probably generics you can take now that can help you out until you get generic Dupixent.

Does anyone have any experience with Carefirst? I also have both eczema and nasal polyps so I need to keep it, it is still approved on Carefirst for next year. My sinus and eczema problems are my only health issues and I already checked that my doctors are all covered. I have really liked BCBS but I really need this medication.

no, you are not. Your doctor can do the thing where they ask for it to be covered anyway.

Pre authorization.

If you get taken off it, and I'm serious here, keep a diary of your symptoms returning. There's something called "clinical remission'' and if you have it with Dupxient and loose it with whatever else, your doc maybe able to get you back on it and an affordable cost.
