How do you know politicians live there? Is there some "beverly hills celebrity map" for each area of DC metro?
I know that area and if any politicians live there they are keeping a low profile, which politicians tend not to do.
Lawyers, doctors, consultants, trade association executives, private equity partners, the grandson of a reported billionaire? Yep. They live in that neighborhood. Politicians? Haven't seen them.
You must be a realtor, they tend to know who is buying and selling where

This house is located on a huge slope though that lot size is good. The backyard is unusable.

That’s kind of a weird question. I live in DC and know where several politicians live near me, including one senator on my block. People know these things.

Apartment towers in Mclean are built around Tysons and in DT Mclean next to amenities and bus stops, there is no demand for them in the middle of some cul-de-sac or deep into the suburban grid with no sidewalks
