Maybe they put in the work and did it the old fashioned way. I lost about 65lbs without any meds and I’m sure lots of people assume I take Glp-1s. Instead, I just gave up all sugar and junk food, walk 10k+ steps a day, and eat a boring diet of lean meats, bone broths, fruits and vegetables. Its hard, but I’m back to my high school size at 42 and so much healthier.
Yes bc they are middle aged women who lost weight very fast. Some talk about it and some don’t.
You still don’t know. The average weight loss on Zepbound is typical of someone really trying and successfully doing it on their own: 1-2 pounds per week and about a total of 15-22% of their starting weight in 72 weeks. You can guess but you don’t know. The initial weight loss happens naturally or with help for usually months without people noticing so it may appear fast to you but on average it isn’t any faster than what could happen naturally with work.
I know. You're really a tiny minority at this point. There is no shame in doing the weight loss drugs. Not saying some people do not do it your way, but it would be extraordinary for a 50+yo woman to lose more than 30lbs in 4 months.
A 50+ year old woman should be focused on building muscle. The drugs cause muscle loss. 30 lbs in 4 months is way too fast and far from ideal. Not saying the drugs aren't beneficial, they most certainly are for some. But if I can, I'd much, much rather commit to diet and exercise.

She is CONSTANTLY tired. There’s always an excuse “didn’t sleep well”, “have a cold”, but she has literally been complaining about being tired since she started.
I would love to drop the weight like she did. My insurance does cover it, but I worry about long term side effects, or just gaining it back.
So I’ll continue to be secretly jealous and chubby. 🤣

Your site?
RX or no?

I don't eat out much and I've never been a drinker. I'm happy for people (I didn't mean jealous in a hateful way, more sad for myself) but I think that's partly why it upsets me: Here I am living a healthy lifestyle looking chubby and now everyone looks thin and healthier. I haven't seen anything as low as $350! Is that for Tirzepatide?
