People are guessing at the cutoff scores based on cutoffs from the last few years. You are right that nothing definitive will be known until next September.

Frankly, you should be disappointed that you child scored so low. It shows that you have failed as a parent. 1590 is a terrible score and signing up for review will make no difference. I find it astonishing your son made it to sophomore year with a score like that.
