If I eat something heavy, oily, or buttery, I feel gross. If I eat a clean diet (lean meats, vegetables, grains, fruits, yogurt, etc.), I feel just fine. I haven't had any side effects outside of TE/hair loss.
This was my experience too. Anything "junk food" was guaranteed to make me feel ill. But also, the urge to eat that stuff just disappeared, so it wasn't actually a problem. I found as long as I exercised a smidgen of self control around alcohol and junk food, the side effects were minimal. But a second drink or a handful of chips? Probably gonna lose it. [/quote]
This seems like a torturous method of weight loss.
You mean moderation?
It seems like a forced moderation. I imagine op and others as dogs with shock collars and food is the electric fence. Of course if you get shocked (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) every time you cross the invisible fence (food), you are going to lose weight.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I took my first shot of Zepbound 6 days ago (the 2.5/ lowest dose). Day 1 was fine, Day 2 I felt some mild nausea, Day 3 I woke up very early (4 am?) with nausea, dizziness, sweating, and an urgency to use the bathroom (I can't bring myself to be vulgar here). Once I did, the sweating, dizziness, and worst of the nausea subsided. The episode maybe lasted an hour. Low level blah and nausea the remainder of the day. In the days since, I've felt fine 80% of the time with some low level nausea and just blah-ness. But I'm dreading my second shot tomorrow. Any advice to help minimize the size effects? I've added in daily electrolytes hoping this might help. Anyone have a similar experience on the first shot and then they leveled out?
Today was the first day that I worked out since injection day and I didn't feel as strong as I usually do. I typically work out 4-5 days/ week (pilates/ barre) and I'm worried I am going to be missing workouts and losing muscle instead of fat. Hoping it evens out and I begin to feel like myself again - any tips welcome!
Not normal at all. I’ve been on zepbpund with zero side effects at all. If you are feeling his way at lowest dose then maybe this drug is not for you.

Ask your Dr for Zofran.
Take it an hour or so before you take your next go round of Zep.
Good Luck.
