In college and twenties, yes. Now, in forties...hardly ever. Can't think of last time.

Yes, going through peri/ menopause, stuff changes and we talk about what helps/works. Some friends also talk about struggles related to long marriages/ sex, we are there to support one another. My husband knows and we have a great sex life and he doesnt mind at all.

With some of my closest friends, yes, we all discuss our guys sexually. We do it regularly and pretty graphically. It's really helpful. And the guys all know we do this and don't seem to mind (mine sure doesn't).
