Congrats to the kids from the northern and occoquan regions who are moving on to states! My daughter's team is heading back for the third consecutive year and we're pretty excited.

This schedule is for Occoquan Region specifically, and at Burke Lake Park.

It's the coaching. Good coaches make good runners IMHO.

Top teams from regionals go to the State meet. I think anyone can register for NXR and then times determine which race the runners are placed in
