I think a majority do. Mine were at BCC and I am pretty sure that 2/3rds of the neighborhood kids went there.

I like that all the town events are free…they have food trucks and even open bar at some. Also, the town will subsidize your block party.
I do wish CC and Bethesda did more community events…parades, their own fireworks, etc. They don’t have any holiday parades and you can see the various CC fireworks.
