Another fan here! I just re-watched it this summer with my 10 year old DD. I was worried that it wouldn’t have held up but it was even more delightful than I remembered.

Putting Mr. Goodbar on my list next.

I liked her best in Looking for Mr. Goodbar.

Apparently the health decline was sudden.

Saw the headlines on Reddit and gasped. Love her! Unexpected and sad. Always her quirky self and an incredible actor for sure. Style icon. I remember her look in Something’s Gotta Give and made a mental bookmark to watch it when my wardrobe comes of age.

Over 80 films + writer, director, and producer. ☮️in the beyond☮️

What does that have to do with Diane Keaton?

I saw her once walking around the village and it was like seeing a lion in its natural habitat! I stopped and pretended to be waiting for the cross walk because I wanted to be casual about it.

I am surprised by this — she seemed like she had the kind of spirit where she’d still be making wry comments well into her 90s. Who would’ve thought woody would outlive her — not me.

She was wonderful in that film. I'm shocked tbh. She was so youthful. I saw a photograph of her within the last few months, and she looked great.

She was absolutely an original in every way; just one of a kind and really wonderful. I’ve enjoyed her roles and am sad they’ll be no more. Her children are young, in their twenties. Immeasurable loss.

She was great. A talented artist and style icon. Sad to hear this.
