2. One of the following
Civil engineering
Aerospace engineering
Digital Design engineering
3. Engineering development and design
Thanks.
This is Project Lead The Way (PLTW). My DC did it at Poolesville. It’s a structured set of engineering classes and provides a nice foundation if your DC is interested in engineering. These classes aren’t science classes.
If they aren’t science, what are they?
What is the engineering program at Wooton?
They are engineering. Google is your friend if you want to understand the difference between science and engineering.
Google will actually tell you that engineering is a science. It’s an applied science as opposed to a natural science like biology.
It’s like you didn’t even try.
“Science aims to understand the natural world by acquiring knowledge, while engineering applies that knowledge to design and create solutions for practical problems. Scientists ask "why?" and follow the scientific method to discover, whereas engineers ask "how?" and follow a design process to innovate and build new technologies, products, and systems to improve lives”
