That's why I stopped doing long-term. I'm putting in just as many hours as a regular teacher but MCPS is only going to nickel and dime me on the pay? Especially in a part of the state that pays a lot more for babysitting or working anywhere else, really.

Yes, but a lot more work and only paid for seven hours a day.
