1.) Throw-Ins
2.) Corner Kicks (ref get this wrong sometimes)
3.) Off any Goal Kick (this does not occur often and ref miss this)
4.) From possession of the defending team (think pass back from the defender to the goal keeper, but the striker intercepts if from an offside position -the striker is now allowed to take the mis-played pass)
....
5.) The refs get this wrong all the time.... the player is not offsides if they run into an offside position 'after' the ball was played by a teammate.
6.) The player starts their run from their own half of the field when a teammate played them the ball from their own half of the field.
