No, the new options mingle a lot of split articulation and re-assignment of ESs between Wootton and Churchill. So they will fight each other. Dufief and part of Fallsmead are splitting out from Wootton to Crown, which is really bad news for those two ESs.

The FARMS and EML rates go down at both Churchill and Wooton in most, if not all, of the options.
and where do they go up? what's wrong with FARMS or EML kids?
