Wills generally become public record once an estate has been through probate. If the person died years ago, you can probably obtain a copy of the will via the probate court for a fee.


+1. It is more likely he had them sign as witnesses to his execution of his will from Legalzoom.

Let it go. If the money was stolen, it's gone now. Unless the person died in the last few months.
