So far this week it's been:
Sunday: Tacos, Mexican rice and refried beans
Monday: Loaded up nachos from leftovers and broccoli cheese soup
Tuesday: Oven fried trout, rice and crowder peas
Tonight I'm thinking of doing some kind of baked chicken with either smashed potatoes or hashbrowns plus green beans
Thursday: Spaghetti and meatballs (made meatballs yesterday and froze)
Friday we will probably get takeout
Saturday: steak

This week is southern-style smothered chicken and rice, bean and cheese burritos, and white bean and tomato soup. We are going out Monday for my DS’ birthday, and Thursday/Friday are out due to events.
