Do you really think there would be any bald men in Hollywood if indeed there were a hair loss solution?
This.
30-35% of men are bald by their 30s. Probably none of them would be if there was an actual solution.
Only transplants work, and that only works if there is enough donor hair, such as with male pattern rather than crown balding or horseshoe balding.
This is…. not true. Both minoxidil and finasteride are effective. Why men don’t all use it, I have no idea. But they have FDA approvals for hair loss for a reason.
And you either are clueless, or stand to profit from those drugs that do great harm.

Very confusing; I have no idea what you are trying to communicate. Please restate in a more clear manner, Thank you.

Now my 12 year old's hairline is receding. He hasn't mentioned it, but I see it and wonder if he should start using Minoxodil or something. Anyone else dealt with this? I'm his mom, btw.
Doesn't work. Turns your boy into a girl with weak joints.
Is that what you and he wants?
Totally false. Where did you learn this?

This is a good possible answer. Get him checked out medically, explore your options but DONOT catastrophize this. My son has alopecia. He’s been totally bald since second grade. The treatment options for his auto-immune condition are not appealing and while there were some tough times, by MS, he rocked his bald head with total confidence. He has no interest in treatments that increase his risk for lymphoma or severe infections. Risk that might make sense for some, but not if your kid is happy despite being different than most.
