This is interesting, I don’t think of Jason Bateman as clean cut. He’ll always be the charming punkass from It’s Your Move to me.
He is an actor, he is not defined by any one role. He was not nice in Juno.
He said on his podcast that he essentially always plays himself, with slight variations. I like him but he’s not like a Cate Blanchett level acting talent.
