Treasury here. We have a staff photographer who will take them for any employee. He also does photos for our gov't passports, meaning that I have one of the best-ever photos of myself on a passport I never use ...

SES equivalent here:
I don't want one. No photo on my Teams or my LinkedIn. I used Google to purge all images from search results. Google also monitors and flags any of those address lookup websites with my personal info.
Everyone I know in the senior ranks at my FIRREA agency does the same.
