I'd probably pick Florida based on rankings but Tennessee is nicer for weather and fewer crazies. Obviously I'd want to visit each before deciding.

You can’t go wrong with either experiences. Very different experiences so it depends on your child and what they want out of their four year experience/location.

Are you talking per semester? COA OOS for both of those with room and board is much higher. Judging just off of tuition is short-sighted.
