PP. To elaborate, getting divorced is a long multi-step process that makes it very difficult to keep any excitement about the other party. Very, very few people are able to get back together after all that, and only a super tiny % of mentally healthy ones would.

I know a lot of divorced couples who remain friendly or even friends. I don't find this unusual.

You let her talk to you for that long so you bear some responsibility. If you don't want to talk to her about non-kid related things, use your words and tell her so.

My ex tends to wander on to conversation topics that l don’t care about at all and aren’t necessary for me to know about. I’m polite and let it go for maybe 30 seconds and then l steer the conversation back to what we need to talk about so we can co-parent. Ya l could let it annoy me. Sometimes l can’t help being annoyed, but I’m getting pretty good at steering the conversation and not letting it annoy me.
