When we were planning to start a family, we saw a genetic counselor. I had never heard of such a job and wished I had because I think I would have enjoyed that much more than becoming a lawyer.

It’s funny I briefly considered becoming a genetic counselor back in the late 90s when I was in college. Decided against it because I’m not a people person!

Curious if you have a cool unusual job, or know someone who does. I’m a teacher so I’m the opposite of cool and unusual 🤣

I don’t think that was it, because someone cited a job I had never heard of and I looked it up and was fascinated by it. Thank you for trying to help me track it down!
