He's usually in jeans and sweats and hasn't dressed up this much since we could manage it with Gymboree!
Men’s Wearhouse has been pretty good for DC. They offer a range of price points, definitely not Brooks Brothers prices but not cheap cheap either.

For a growing boy who won’t likely wear it more than once or twice, head to Goodwill or similar. We found three great looking, near new, high quality sport coat/blazers for our freshman heading to a boarding school with a dress code. They were $25 each. I will need to replace next year, and won’t worry about the cost.
