I am out and about with my young children all the time and yes, I have noticed more and more men and women who are physically fit. It’s super motivating actually. I’m in Arlington fwiw.

I prefer the ones getting jacked on testosterone to the ones wasting away on semaglutide. It makes them look so weak and too old to be skin and bones with no muscle.

You must live in a weird circle. I'm a lawyer, I spend a lot of time around lawyers, I really don't know anyone like that. Like lots of people do running but supplements and focusing on getting jacked, no.

Not my DH. Makes 7 figures, has a bit of a gut and doesn’t inject anything or obsess about health. We try to eat a balanced diet but don’t do anything specific. Happily married 21 years.

Then I’m not sure what your question is. No, this isn’t universal among UMC men. It is common in your circle. I could make a similar observation about things like having season NFL tickets or a kid in riding lessons. Common in my circle but not universal among UMC men in general.
