It’s hard to say from online photos but it doesn’t look to need restoration. Maybe redecorate and fix the landscaping but the house looks fine on the inside. Maybe reconfigure the kitchen but I love the cabinets and the light. I also note that it’s not often that you see that many bathrooms in an old house.

This is the most beautiful house I’ve seen posted on this forum! Absolutely gorgeous interior - perfect- and I like the exterior too. Of course I’d like it on more land, but this is a nice size if you don’t want much maintenance.
It’s a joy to look at. It would be a dream to tour, let alone live in. Probably with the drive just to tour it. Thank you for posting!!
