We had an issue at Franconia Rec a few years ago where we had to get them to help clear the fields for like a month straight.

Herndon has the unfortunate problem of their fields being close to high density housing and no fence to separate the field from other nearby spaces. Some pickup players are total a-holes though. We had an issue once at a different club where someone wouldn’t get off the field and was very confrontational about it. I think parents threatened to call the police and they finally left. Sounds like people at Herndon need to do the same.

Hey chess dads, soccer is a GAME meant to be played literally anywhere. But the best place is a public field for public use. Your DD's soccer I'm sure is a wonderful investement for the whole family and yes you paid for the field time with your dues so you're entitled to the space. But complaining about "Grown men playing short sided games on the other half" . I'm sure your a great guy but stop blowing the dog whistle bruh, ignorance is ugly.
