I chose face. I wear clothes most of the time and my face is what is more important to me personally as well as for business.

JMHO But this is based on my line of work that is face to face all day long. When a person is heavier (even morbidly obese) with a beautiful face, they are still much easier to have to face (and you don't feel sad for them) than a person with a great body but a scary face where you can't stop seeing it as you speak with them wondering why they look so old.

I have a family member, she is turning 33 shortly and became a "fitness influencer" on SM. Her body looks amazing, but even at 33 her face looks sooo gaunt. I think it's just part of being very low body fat for women.

Filler gets a bad rap. Fill your temples, dead give away to age and filling the area is a subtle lift.
HRT too- such a big difference. After 40, definitely after 45, your estrogen tanks and only HRT will make up for the loss.

agree that you should try updating your makeup first. glowy base, bronzer, blush, highlight will all go a long way.

We're all aging, OP. Either it's

1. Gaunt faces.

or

2. Round faces that eventually slide down to jowliness.

That's me, because I had a round face to begin with, which means I could have a slender body with a round face for many years. But now it's all sliding downwards

I would get a professional makeup consult.
