We have a cabinet full of miscellaneous old modems and routers and spools of cable - the kind of cable you run through the walls. I seriously doubt we are ever going to use any of that and one day when I get brave enough I want to make it disappear. My fear is that the next week he'll have some pressing need for that cable.


Mine too. It actually makes me feel better to know I'm not alone.

Marriages are impacted by many little things. It adds up. You'd know that if you were ever married or had an adult relationship with someone.


Sometimes the little things are what become big things.

I had a client one time who couldn't throw out any of the stiff, dead cats that had long-ago died in his home when his boxes of cables and other crap fell on them and crushed them to death. "In case I need them to reach something" as apparently they make a good makeshift tennis racquet/ stick to knock things off shelves.
