banana jam when they start to get overripe, or...
peel and freeze for smoothies
Freeze in slices/rounds and then dip in chocolate (roll in nuts, if you like)
PB and banana sammiches (add honey if you want extra sweet)
banana muffins

You can do a healthier "banana creme pie" yogurt for breakfast by adding bananas to vanilla yogurt and adding granola or graham crackers
You can caramelize them and make bananas foster greek yogurt

I had a bunch of ripe bananas so I made oatmeal cookies tonight. About 1.5 cups oats, 2 mashed bananas, 1 box raisins or 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Adjust ingredients or cooking time if batter is wet. Ended up with small cookies of 40 calories each.

Milk shakes.

Just BE SURE you brush your teeth afterwards, as bananas are worse than candy and cokes for ruining your teeth, as they stick and form a film of sugar on your teeth for bacteria to multiply.

You can easily feel it after you eat a banana, that layer on your teeth.

Apart from eating one straight out of the peel the only other banana dish I know is slicing them up, sprinkling them with cinnamon and maybe a wee bit of honey, and eating them with a side of peanut butter.

Banana peanut butter sandwich on 12 grain bread is awesome.

Love them in oatmeal or any other cereal.

I used to have a recipe for a banana sweet potato souffle that was heavenly
