I love them in banana bread, but I am looking for healthier ways to consume them.
Apart from eating one straight out of the peel the only other banana dish I know is slicing them up, sprinkling them with cinnamon and maybe a wee bit of honey, and eating them with a side of peanut butter.
PLEASE share you favorite healthy way to eat bananas, I will be very grateful to adopt your methods/recipes!
