FL for the outlets. All outlets have pretty much the same made for outlet crap today. You’re better off putting your plane fare toward a bag you actually want.
When you factor in airfare and hotel, you can just buy the real, not made for outlets, version.
The only outlets worth visiting are the ones in Italy outside of Florence.

Some of the TJ Maxx stores have a "runway" section with a small selection of designer stuff. The clothes aren't high-end, but some of the bags they keep behind lock-and-key are. The stores in Manhattan have this, but it's a pretty open secret by now that the best selection by far is at the one in Bridgehampton. It's a trek, but if you're ever out there it's worth checking out. They have a lot of designer bags and shoes----Chloe and Gucci are always well-represented.
