Our first Bosch lasted just under 10 years. We could have fixed it for about $300 but it made sense to use that towards new Bosch that cost us $900.

Our Cove works very well and is extremely quiet when operating. In our experience, wet contents are the result of how the unit was loaded. If you position containers or glasses or the like in such a way that they can't fully drain after the cycle completes, water will remain in them.

Our first Bosch 800 lasted 15+ years - still was working well (zero repairs) when we moved away.

In current house, Bosch 800 has lasted 8+ years (also zero repairs). Mileage can vary.

Bosch 800 with Crystal Dry and the 3rd rack! Love mine. Super quiet. Costco sells them now which makes it an even better deal.

I have a GE dishwasher I got from Costco last year. Washes well and dries thoroughly.
