Yes, i would also say move, it sounds like you are really not happy in the current place, and Hearst is a very fine school. I have many friends who were happy there, and their kids thrived. And having Deal as your middle school will be great, and you kid will have all her Hearst friends to join her there (unlike going to Eaton and then Deal, and being the "new kid")

No- Hearst feeds to Deal and Eaton feeds to Hardy.

Both elementary schools are good options. Hearst is smaller.
