I put the cutting board on a baking sheet with a rim so it captures the juice.

I didn’t know this. I’ll try seeded next year. Whole Foods usually has some.

I am quite obsessed with watermelon and probably eat 2-3x week during the summer! Apparently heavy rains in the south this past year worsened the quality of the harvest. I guess the changing climate means changes to optimal growing locations.
