“The school division policies allow students of the opposite sex access to sex-separated facilities. They also allow students of the opposite sex to participate in sex-separated sports.“
I guess I’ll start looking at single sex private schools for high school. I thought we realized that very few people want this, and it’s unfair to women.
Please go say this under your real name. Own it if you really think this is right. If you just stay anonymous you must know on some level how hateful your views are.
Why do you believe we are ashamed of supporting women’s and girls rights? That is not hateful, it’s following the law and fair.

This whole issue was concocted by MAGA agents to divide the democrats. Read the history on Wikipedia.

Good then that's one less homophobic family in public school. I'm sure there are some conservative religious schools where you will feel more comfortable.

OP here
Wow! That's a lot! Thank you.
Federal funding - which is all that is at issue, not state - is far, far less than this. It's 2.8% in APS.

For what it’s worth we have several children who are trans at my school and they’re welcome to use the adult single bathroom if they choose (that has its own issues, but it’s not a big deal, generally none of them take the offer)
So which bathroom do they use? Are all children allowed to use the single adult bathroom?
There are a few students who do use the adult bathrooms for various reasons
But is it an option for each and every student?
