Healthcare, we generally get 2-2.5% per year. Everyone gets it whether they are a top performer or terrible. After about 5 years of this you're making less than a new hire and it's time to move on.

Yes, most years we get 1-2%. Some years when the economy is trash we get 0%. But there aren’t raises or bonuses, to make more money you have to take on a new job title.
