We have one or two people who are lazy or difficult to work with, but by and large, it's a great place to work.
Same.
I’ve been working for 30+ years and have had many blue and white collar jobs. I’ve worked two places that were great. I quit a temp job that was so horrifically toxic I couldn’t even finish the temporary assignment. Most jobs were within a range somewhere in the middle.
In both of the great jobs I’ve had, low performers have figured out they’re not a good fit and moved on.
