Maybe you do but you need to know when to stop, and you’re probably there already. They can look good for a year or two but they do not wear well.

Age 52 and got a deep plane facelift, neck lift, and upper bleph 6 weeks ago in LA and by this stage it just looks refreshed, not like obvious work. My siblings and parents didn’t even know, my coworker just said she was trying to figure out why I looked so cute after summer break. No more turkey neck, jowls or lower face wrinkles, I just look like myself before everything got saggy. I think fillers look bad and they can also mess up your ability to get cosmetic surgery.

Are you thinking of filler? Face-lift look great. If you want tto age like Hrlen Mirren, Meryl Streep, Susan Sarandon, etc you're definitely going under the knife.

I had a rhinoplasty in my early 20s. I did a lot of research and interviewed 10+ plastic surgeons in Toronto. I ended up going with one on the younger side who understood I wanted to still look like myself and he did a great job. 25 years later, I’ve never had any complications. He also did my mom’s facelift. I thought he made her eyes look quite different but she was very happy with his work for 20+ years. She is in her late 70s now and still looks good.
I can vouch for the excellent private medical care in Poland, I had IVF in Warsaw a few years ago and it was much less expensive and invasive than what my friends experienced in the US.
Do you have any recommendations for plastic surgery clinics in Poland?

I likely need an implant which most US surgeons don’t seem to know how to do
