Attorneys have much much more incentive to suck up to big law than defend an individual, who in addition is apparently from a random family. At some point, connections and success intersect and he is not yet at this point.

It’s inexcusable that anyone be called the n-word but we don’t really know what happened. I suspect if there were evidence that this really occurred and his termination was unjustified, Covington would have made him a really good settlement offer. And any attorney worth a damn would advise him to file a lawsuit and lawsuit keep his mouth shut and especially stay off social media. The fact that he seems to be unrepresented and is posting all over suggests there are some holes in his story.
