With a new season for club starting, up, bumping this thread. DD looking for a new pair, Avolis w/Vktry did ok last season, but she's also developing some knee pain.

Wondering if anybody's had success with a particular make/model for pin hitters?

Any Nike shoes to recommend for hitters?

We ordered Mizuno wave momentum 3 online. DD tried them on at Dicks sporting goods and she loved the way they fit and the gripping. She plays setter so was looking for something more agile. She used Asics upcourt previously when she was younger and those were fine for the time.

My son got Vktry insoles and they were very hard on his feet (he plays basketball). He stopped wearing them because they were really hurting!

If you get basketball shoes, definitely try to find a women's shoe like the Sabrina or the A'ja. They fit so much better than the men's basketball shoes.

Thanks, PP! OP here. We got the new A’ja Wilson Nikes and put Vktry insoles in them. Will report back later after they’ve been broken in. Apparently, DD’s feet keep growing so we probably won’t go with custom orthotics just yet.
