He’s going to get paid a lot. MCPS’s incompetence cost him his livelihood and his reputation. Regardless of what you think of his character.

Looking at case search now and there are several open cases depending on how you spell Beidleman. Looks like he has a lot of debt in addition to the old tax liens and failure to pay rent:

-Case brought on by a Debt Collection Agency based in Norfolk, VA
-Case brought on by the MCPS Credit Union
-The Civil Rights case brought by Jane Doe still shows as open. The discrimination case is closed (that was the one they must have settled)

I wonder if they are trying to revoke or nonrenew his certification. The appeal filed on 7/23 seems to involve MCPS and MSDE. He doesn’t come up in the MSDE public search:

Sounds like he wants to go to litigation and have witnesses testify.

His reputation is definitely tarnished. I would say he should just move on from the education field entirely, but maybe even that doesn't work. He was named and blamed in national news media so any future employer that Googles his name is going to know about his case. And few companies would want to hire someone with a documented track record of sexual harassment.
