8-11 sounds like dessert and wine vibe to me. So maybe a chocolate something and some simple shortbread

8 pm - 11 pm (after dinner) party with lemon bars? Yuck!

Do you even know how to host?

Why so rude? I would love to go to a get together like this after having dinner with my kids and eat the hell out of some lemon bars!

I think some cheese and crackers would be nice too, and some fruit. If those don’t get eaten just put them back in the fridge. Like a goat cheese and a really sharp cheddar.

I do coffee after church this weekend and was thinking lemon bars and something else, but nothing suggested was inspiring.

The last two times I made falafel and tzatziki sauce and people gobbled them up but I'm not up for that project this time.

Just have desserts and fruit at that time of day. Maybe cheese.
