I don't drink at work. I can't, I would be fired in a heart beat based on what my job is. But I don't think 2 glasses of wine is that big a deal.

Yes, unless his BAC showed he was over the limit. If I found out he had 2 drinks and was at a 0.04 I would be the same level of angry I would be at if he didn't drink at all. And I know that's actually true as I've been in an accident with a driver who had 2 drinks over dinner and was not impaired at all.
