+1 definitely a raging liberal here with fond memories. For sure is a sign for many that you come from a lot of privilege though. My kids sleepaway camp is super hippie dippie liberal, has been that way since its founding in the first half of the 1900s. But it’s in Vermont, not all are like that. But I’ve never heard of sleepaway camps having weird maga like vibes at least not in the mid Atlantic and northeast

News flash - most people didn’t grow up in homes that could afford to send kids to camp in the summer. It’s a gross display of excess wealth.
