a little off-topic, but am I the only one who gets super drowsy with Zyrtec? and it doesn't help with my allergies! Why is this?

Hot shower sounds the opposite of what this person needs.

the Benadryl extra strength gel in a tube works much better than the stick. I would take the Benadryl OP.Anonymous wrote:Benadryl also comes in a stick! https://www.target.com/p/benadryl-extra-strength-itch-relief-stick-travel-size-0-47-fl-oz/-/A-14520872?sid=1046S&TCID=PDS-1737952933&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=1737952933&gbraid=0AAAAAD-5dfbIgYsMq-IEnypbVYcWv2nRw&gclid=CjwKCAjwv5zEBhBwEiwAOg2YKBA4XJqvRYr6fbXidzNUphf_cXu_sciT5l2-KQLLku6YjD6bF2HofhoCO3cQAvD_BwE

I’m also tingly everywhere, like I want to come out of my skin. I wouldn’t say I’m anaphylactic but something inside of my body feels off. I’ve been smearing Benadryl cream and After Bite, but I can’t take Benadryl because it knocks me out and I can’t be sleeping. But this tingly sensation is driving me crazy, as is the itching. What else can I do?
